Meetings

Monthly club meetings are held at 7:30 pm on the third Thursday of each month. Weather permitting, these monthly meetings take place at the BSCC range clubhouse. During the months of December, January, February and March meeting will be relocated to the American Legion Hall in downtown Byron.

The meeting agenda consists of:

  • Routine Reports from the Secretary, Treasurer, etc.
  • Old Business
  • New Business
  • Upcoming Activities

At the start of the meeting the agenda is reviewed with the attendees and modified as needed. We currently archive meeting minutes in a Google Docs: Meeting Mintues Archive

As needed, the Executive Committee meets one to two weeks prior to the monthly meeting to handle routine or detailed matters.
