The Club maintains a membership cap (of 500 members) to preserve one of the most popular aspects of our Club – the ability to practice archery, clays, pistol, or riﬂe with little “competition” for range time. All those requesting membership are entered onto a membership waiting list.

If you would like to be placed on the wait list for an annual membership, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

We will place your information on ﬁle and notify you of your place in the queue.

When a spot opens, we will contact you and invite you to apply for annual membership.

Annual dues are $100, and run February 1 st through January 31st . No pro-rated memberships or day passes allowed. Memberships cover all members of the family living in the same household.

Annual Members

All current annual members can renew their membership without losing their spot from Dec. 1 st to Feb. 1 st each year. Members receive a dues invoice and renewal forms by e-mail in December. Upon renewal, the gate PIN is activated for another year.

After February 1, un-renewed memberships become available to those on the wait list. Wait-listees will receive the invitation to join and ﬁll open spots on a ﬁrst-come, ﬁrst-served basis. Once the cap is reached, all additional individuals requesting membership (un-renewed members or new-member applicants) are placed on the waiting list.

Life Members

BSCC offers a limited number of life memberships to annual members who have been in good standing for at least one year. Cost is $1250, or ﬁve annual payments of $250.

All partially paid life (PPL) members will receive a dues invoice and renewal form by e-mail each December. After ﬁve years, the member becomes a fully paid life (FPL) and their name is engraved on a plaque in the clubhouse.

All fully-paid life (FPL) members who remain active – by updating their membership information or by contributing time/talents to the club (volunteer, donation, participation, leadership, etc.) remain on “Active” status and their gate PIN re-activated. The membership director will notify you with the notice to update your information each December.
